Smithwick's Physiotherapy accepts payment for assessment or treatment sessions with major credit card, debit, or cash.   Receipts, with all required information for tax purposes, or insurer reimbursement will be provided.

If your insurance provider allows Saskatchewan physiotherapy clinics to direct bill for services, then we will directly bill on-line before your appointment.

Every insurer has different allowances and payment procedures, so please contact us and we can explain the requirements of your plan.
